How do I sign up?
Register on this site, and we'll email you a code along with a link to download the app.
Can I sign up my whole family at once?
Yes! Add multiple registrations to your cart. Each participant will receive their own code and can track progress individually. You'll also be automatically joined to the same team to set a goal you can strive for together.
🎁 Family deal: Save 5% off two or more registrations, 10% off four or more. Savings will apply automatically in your cart.
Can I give a registration as a gift?
Absolutely. Select the gift option during signup and share the name and email of your recipient; they'll receive their own code to join the app.
What does registration include?
$55 gets you:

Ways to save
How can I save money on registration?
A pass. Both options show up on the last step of registration, before you add to cart:
- Season Pass — $50 a season with auto-renew, 10% off the standard price.
- Annual Pass — $220 up front for five seasons, which is five for the price of four.
Passes stack with the family discount, so signing up four people on passes takes another 10% off.

When does an auto-renew get charged? The date in my email looks odd.
Our subscription software hasn't caught up with how we do seasons, so it can appear a bit funky sometimes. By way of background: Run Across America has five seasons a year, timed to holidays:
- Spring — March, April, May
- Summer — May through August
- Fall — August, September, October
- Holiday — November, December
- Winter — January, February, March
We like to think of this as "human-based" understanding of time and the seasons. Weather changes, holidays shift, and therefore the dates change a bit each year and aren't on a fixed schedule.
Unfortunately, our computers are not yet that sophisticated, so we manually override the charge dates to align to our seasons. The charges are roughly every 2.5 months, a few weeks before the next season begins.
Before any renewal processes, we'll send you an email to confirm the amount and date of the upcoming charge, as well as a link to cancel if it's no longer the right fit for you.
With a pass, how do I pick my reward each season?
You'll receive an email each season with instructions to select your reward item.
Rewards
What can I choose from?
One item comes with your registration:
- Commemorative medal — 4" stainless steel, full color, custom cut by Ashworth Awards.
- Super-soft tee — short sleeves, in our softest fabric.
- Keychain — steel, with the app tile on the front and an etched logo on the back.
- Luxe crew sweatshirt — premium midweight fleece, relaxed unisex fit. Add $25.
You can add extra items for just $25 each ($20 for the keychain, $50 for the sweatshirt). Items ship at the end of the season.
Can I skip the merchandise?
Of course. Pick No premium at registration and take part without anything shipping to you.
When does my reward arrive?
Most items ship near the end of the season, so there's something waiting for you as you close in on your goal. If you'd rather have it sooner, some items offer rush handling for $5 — look for it during signup.
What sizes do you have? Can I buy something else?
Sizes are chosen during registration. The lineup changes season to season, but there's usually a shirt, a medal and a third item. Anything beyond that lives in the merch shop.
Giving back
Can I support Feeding America when I sign up?
Yes — you can dedicate your season to Feeding America at checkout, and we'll match what you give dollar for dollar, up to $50 an order.
