What does the Employee Engagement program include?

- Turnkey rollout materials - you just send an email to your employees and we take care of the rest

In addition, each employee participant gets all of the typical perks of being a Run Across America customer, including use of our exclusive tracking/motivation app (GPS tracker, activity logging, badge challenges, and customized selfies to share), a race themed t-shirt or alternate item, and community support throughout the experience.
How can I make sure the event is a success?
We'll walk you through the set up process and provide a turnkey rollout plan. The most successful Employee Engagement programs we've seen show employees that the organization is truly behind the cause—leaders actively participate in the app, prizes for active departments, and/or by making an additional matching charity gift commitment.
