Fall Frenzy is a seasonal fitness challenge where you choose a goal (from 50 to 500 km) to complete between August 19 and October 31. Track your progress using our app, earn badges, and stay motivated with bonus events throughout the season.

Do I need to be a runner to join?

Not at all! You can walk, bike, kayak, use a treadmill, or even dance. Choose from 30+ activity types—every movement counts.

Can I use a treadmill or indoor equipment?

Yes! Our app includes a special mode for indoor activities like treadmills and ellipticals.

What are the bonus challenges?

Each season includes themed bonus events that earn you badges and count toward your goal.
