"I've tried many things to get exercise to be a regular part of what I do. I've tried ALL the things. There is just something about this app and this community that makes it feel low risk and motivates me. I can walk, I can run, I can do yoga, whatever and I can track it here. Sometimes I do the challenges along the way, sometimes I don't. They are there, but no pressure. I stopped participating for a year, but have come back and glad I did!"
