Feeding America 

Feeding America® delivers more than 4 billion meals each year to people facing hunger in communities across the country and they are continuing to meet the increased need brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s why Run Across America is proud to support Feeding America to help get food and funds to where they’re needed most.


Common Ground Foundation

Common Ground Foundation empowers high school students from under-served communities to become future leaders. Their programs focus on character development, social impact, healthy living, technology, financial literacy, creative arts, and global leadership. Learn more


Jumpstart provides language, literacy, and social-emotional programming for preschool children from under-resourced communities and promote quality early learning for all children. Jumpstart children make 1.5x greater gains in important literacy skills, as compared to those who don't receive the Jumpstart program. Learn more.

Does the registration fee go to charity?

For the Fall 5k, the registration fee is used to cover all of the costs of producing the event, from printing and shipping your merchandise to buying enough servers. It's also how we fund the matching gift program described above and free registration for teachers.
